Envitech’s proprietary quencher swiftly cools hot exhaust gases while simultaneously removing particulate. Engineered with an anti-fouling, nozzle-free design, it is ideal for cooling high temperature industrial offgas.

Envitech’s packed bed absorbers efficiently capture gaseous contaminants. Custom-engineered in a wide range of materials and arrangements, Envitech’s absorbers maximize performance and uptime while minimizing energy consumption.

Envitech’s robust Venturi scrubbers collect dust and particulate generated from industrial processes. With in-house particle-size modeling capabilities developed through first principles, Envitech guarantees compliance for PM2.5 and PM10 emissions.

Envitech’s entrainment separators eliminate liquid carryover from process gas. Envitech offers cyclonic separators for fouling mists, efficient vane-type modules for conventional sprays, and candle filters for aerosols.

Envitech’s leading wet electrostatic precipitators effectively capture sub-micron fume from industrial exhausts. Featuring optimized geometry and stable electrical performance, Envitech’s WESP achieves ultra-low emissions.

Envitech’s activated carbon beds provide highly efficient removal of mercury, heavy metals, and dioxin/furans. Preconditioned gas flows across a blend of pelletized activated carbon. Gaseous contaminants adsorb and bind permanently to the carbon.

Envitech systems treat hot gases from thermal processes including kilns, furnaces, roasters, dryers, incinerators, hazardous waste combustors, thermal oxidizers, gasifiers, and pyrolizers. These processes generate gaseous and liquid products, protect downstream equipment, and consistently meet the toughest emission requirements.

Envitech’s systems are used to treat a wide range of pollutants:
