ENVITECH’S AIR POLLUTION CONTROL SYSTEM COMPONENTS
• Venturi Scrubber. Our Venturi Scrubber ensures uniform liquid distribution, eliminating wet/dry line build up in the Venturi throat. Coupled with our Condenser/Absorber, an Envitech Venturi scrubber provides the highest possible removal of particulate matter at the lowest possible pressure drop.
• Condenser/Absorber. Envitech’s Condenser/Absorber provides high removal efficiency for acid gases and conditions the particulate matter for removal in the Venturi scrubber at lower pressure drop than traditional scrubbers.
• Wet Electrostatic Precipitator. Envitech’s Wet Electrostatic Precipitator is the most versatile air pollution control system on the market. Envitech's Wet Electrostatic Precipitator is designed to meet the needs of the most demanding applications.
• Quenchers. Envitech's two-stage Quencher uses makeup water followed by a low-pressure-drop Venturi mounted on an integral sump.
• Entrainment Separator. Envitech's high-efficiency, multi-stage waveform Entrainment Separator effectively collects the fine drops, while operating at a low pressure drop.
• Packed Tower Scrubber. Envitech’s Vertical Packed Tower Scrubbers and Horizontal Crossflow Scrubbers provide economical and high efficiency solutions for the removal of acid gases.
Condensers, packed tower scrubbers, quenchers, Venturi scrubbers, and wet electrostatic precipitators—are also sold for non-APC applications.
Envitech personnel have pioneered major advancements in scrubber technology, starting from the 1970’s when we captured more than 90 percent of all EPA-sponsored wet scrubber research.
